About the Event
Meet us in the back yard at the home of Marty Sinclair to experience this fun and unique exercise opportunity! The KC Hoop Girl will lead us in some high energy, beat driven Hula Hoop dancing. Whether you can spin it for several minutes, or you can't get the darn hoop around even once, you are welcomed to join the fun. We will follow the hour of exercise with some snacks and beverages as we all enjoy a good laugh at ourselves. Don't miss this opportunity to get your body moving in new and different ways!Â
