Rucking Tips:
  • ​Start Slowly: Begin with shorter distances and lighter weights, gradually increasing the distance and weight as your strength and endurance improve. 

  • Proper Form: Ensure your ruck vest is properly fitted and that you maintain good posture during your ruck. 

  • Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to any pain or discomfort and stop if needed. 

  • Warm-up: Before each rucking session, perform a warm-up to prepare your body for the activity. 

  • Check with your medical provider before starting any new exercise program.

It's a low-impact workout that combines strength training with cardiovascular activity, making it a good option for building both strength and endurance. Vest weighs 11lbs and can be increased to 20lbs with included iron sand pouches. Padded shoulder straps with adjustable side straps for a perfect fit.
