Hive Health: Wellness Spa Sampler

Have you ever wondered what a Cryotherapy chamber looks like or why in the world you would want to step inside? Or how an infrared sauna and red light therapy is any different than an afternoon in the sun? At In the Zone Cryo + Health Upgrades we'll have a casual conversation about several natural healing therapies with an opportunity to sample a few of them! 

If you want to brave the cold, you can experience a full three minute cryotherapy session at the disounted price of $25. (In a private setting, come prepared to change into minimal clothing -- shorts & sports bra -- to experience cryotherapy.)
