Hive Hobbies: Maker's Space Bread Making with Tea Towel Creations

Who doesn't love the smell of fresh baked bread?   Darcy Ringgenberg will be leading us thru the step-by-step process of how to make our very own homemade bread using the recipe of a special woman who loved sharing her bread with others. Her philosophy was make a loaf for yourself and share one with others.   While we wait for our dough to quick rise, Darcy will help us create a tea towel to take home as well. 

NOTE: We will make 4 loaves of bread in class and you will take the items home to bake them.  Bonus: your house will smell AMAZING!

Please bring the following baking tools from home:   

• LARGE mixing bowl
• Large wooden or metal mixing spoon
• Whisk
•  Liquid measuring cup
• Teaspoon 
• Rolling pin 
• (4) 9 inch loaf pans (you may wish to bring a few disposable loaf pans or square pans to make a tray of cinnamon rolls)
• Large kitchen towel that covers your bowl
• Apron 

Cost: $38 per person includes all of the ingredients for the breadmaking and tea towel.  You will need to bring the baking tools as listed above.  

Tickets are nonrefundable. This event is open to those who have joined The Hive and is limited to 15 persons.
