Join us in celebration of May Day as we get a little crafty and create paper May Day baskets for residents of a nearby assisted living facility.

About the Event
According to The Old Farmer's Almanac, May Day baskets were popular back in the 19th and 20th centuries. People would fill paper baskets or cones with treats and flowers and leave them on front door steps as a fun surprise.
Enjoy a morning of service as we meet to create paper May Day baskets and flowers. We'll be channeling our inner Martha Stewart and then delivering the baskets to a nearby assisted living facility. Â
