About the Event
KC Bier Co. believes authentic German-style bier is more than following a recipe, it’s about using traditional ingredients and methods. It’s their mission to provide the same flavor and freshness you would experience drinking a German bier in a Munich Biergarten. That’s why their motto, “We put the i back in Bier,” expresses their commitment to reintroducing fresh, local, German-style lagers and ales to Kansas City.
We'll enjoy a guided tour of the brewery followed by a tasting that includes a souvenior glass. The tour and tasting will last 60-75 minutes but we'll plan to stay afterwards and enjoy some great german inspired foods from their Bierhall MENU
