TRIP COST

Double/Two Persons Occupancy - $1150/person (flight and airport transfer not included- see below)

Single Occupancy - $1500/person (flight and airport transfer not included- see below)

FLIGHT OPTIONS

• Closest airports are Asheville, NC, Greenville, SC or Charlotte, NC. 
• PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOUR FLIGHT MEETS THESE PARAMETERS.  Ground transportation to/from Greenville (GSP) airport will be available for a $40 fee if arriving no later than 4 PM on Thursday, April 25th. Includes the return trip to the Greenville (GSP) airport on Sunday, April 28th - will arrive to the airport by NOON.

• Day Pass for the Asheville Trolley

• In-Town Transportation

Exclusions: 

• Flight/drive to/from Asheville
• Airport Transfer
• Hotel Parking
• Lunch on Saturday
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Any additional purchases of a personal nature

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS

• When you register, you will pay a non-refundable $500 deposit with the balance due on March 5, 2024.  We will send you an email to collect the remaining balance.  
• If you have a roommate preference, please list on the registration
• If no roommate is listed, we will match you with another Hive traveler!
• If you are registering as a single (king bed), no need to list a roommate.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

YOUR DEPOSIT: Your initial deposit is non-refundable and reserves your spot on the trip.

YOUR BALANCE: Full payment for your Hive Women Travel is due 45 days prior to the start of the trip. At 45 days prior to your trip, there are no refunds for any reason. If you must cancel within this 45-day period, you will need to contact your travel insurance company for reimbursement.

IF YOU CANCEL: Up until 45 days prior to your trip, you can receive a refund for all but the $500 deposit.

At 45 days prior to the trip, there are no refunds or credits. Your room and tour fees have already been paid to our vendors. The Hive Women Travel cannot offer refunds for any reason (Covid, injury, illness, death, etc). For this reason, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

To officially cancel, you must send an email to thehivewomentravel@gmail.com stating that you wish to cancel. Your email must be received PRIOR to 45 days from departure date.

IF WE CANCEL: If we are forced to postpone or cancel your trip due to a significant event that makes it infeasible to operate the trip as planned, a refund will be offered for payments made to The Hive Women Travel.

CHANGES TO TRAVEL: We will make every effort to operate all trips as advertised, however all itineraries are subject to change. We reserve the right to alter or make reasonable substitutions as deemed necessary.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is highly recommended for your protection. We would be happy to offer you a Travel Protection Plan quote on request.
