Hive Travel: Let's Cruise

Set sail with us on the Celebrity Reflecton this fall to beautiful Key West, FL and the Bahamas.  Check out our full trip itinerary HERE for all of the fun details!   

Please read carefully!   With limited cabin availability, we are moving forward with locking in the Hive group reservation and need to confirm your attendance as soon as possible. 

You will need to fill in this FORM so that we can secure your cabin reservation with the required deposit.

TRIP DATES

Monday, October 21st thru Friday, October 25th, 2024. 

TRIP COST

The travel price includes:

• 4 Night Cabin Reservation (double occupancy)
• Classic Beverage Package (bottled water, premium coffees and teas, plus an incredible array of beers, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, frozen drinks and wines by the glass for up to $10 per serving) 
• Basic Wifi 
• Gratuities

Exclusions:

• Airfare to/from Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Must comply with arrival/departure times set by the cruise line - contact Hive Travel before booking your flight please.
• Transfer to/from the cruise terminal.  A group transfer will be offered - more information will be provided by Hive Travel after deposit has been made.
• Optional Travel Protection Plan - Hive Travel will provide option by email following deposit. 

We cannot confirm your reservation until your have paid your deposit.  Room categories are based on availability (pricing may change due to limited cabin room block), however, currently the pricing below is per person for shared accommodations (2 people per room):

• Interior Cabin $872 per person
• Oceanview Cabin $985 per person
• Veranda Cabin $999 per person

A $200.00 Per Person Non-Refundable Deposit will be due at the time of reservation with Final Payment being due on 8/1/24.

After deposit is made you will receive a follow up email offering a Travel Protection Plan if you are interested.

IMPORTANT: Next Steps to Confirm Reservation!

• Once you complete the form, you will receive an email that contains your Payment Authorization Form and Client Agreement Terms.
• Your $200 non-refundable deposit will be processed immediately.
• You will receive an invoice, booking confirmation and Travel Protection Plan options email.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Trip email communication will be coming from Hive Travel so please do watch your email box for those important documents.
• Just a reminder that this is an international trip. You must have a valid passport through dates of travel.
