It's a girl's trip to the Wild West! The Hive will be kicking up our heels in Oklahoma this summer. Come along as we start the weekend off in the city touring a bit of downtown Tulsa, journey the back roads to the home of the Pioneer Woman, explore where the buffalo roam and experience an authentic rodeo!

TRIP COST

Double/Two Persons Occupancy - $576/person 

Single Occupancy - $728/person 

Your cost includes the following:

• Car and/or Air Transportation 
• Note: If you are flying into Tulsa, please contact us for arrival/departure times needed and airport pickup arrangements)
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Any additional purchases of a personal nature

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS

When you register, you will pay a non-refundable $300 deposit with the balance due on May 20, 2024.  We will send you an email to collect the remaining balance.  

If you have a roommate preference, please list on the registration

• If no roommate is listed, we will match you with another Hive traveler!
• If you are registering as a single, no need to list a roommate.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

YOUR DEPOSIT: Your initial deposit is non-refundable and reserves your spot on the trip.

YOUR BALANCE: Full payment for your Hive Women Travel is due 60 days prior to the start of the trip. At 45 days prior to your trip, there are no refunds for any reason. If you must cancel within this 45-day period, you will need to contact your travel insurance company for reimbursement.

IF YOU CANCEL: Up until 45 days prior to your trip, you can receive a refund for all but the $300 deposit.

At 45 days prior to the trip, there are no refunds or credits. Your room and tour fees have already been paid to our vendors. The Hive Women Travel cannot offer refunds for any reason (Covid, injury, illness, death, etc). For this reason, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

To officially cancel, you must send an email to thehivewomentravel@gmail.com stating that you wish to cancel. Your email must be received PRIOR to 45 days from departure date.

IF WE CANCEL: If we are forced to postpone or cancel your trip due to a significant event that makes it infeasible to operate the trip as planned, a refund will be offered for payments made to The Hive Women Travel.

CHANGES TO TRAVEL: We will make every effort to operate all trips as advertised, however all itineraries are subject to change. We reserve the right to alter or make reasonable substitutions as deemed necessary.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is highly recommended for your protection. We would be happy to offer you a Travel Protection Plan quote on request.

Registration open to those who have joined The Hive and is limited to 33 guests. Note: must have 10 travelers minimum for this trip.
