About the Event
Our March charity is The Shadow Buddies Foundation. This non-profit organization based in Kansas City, has been bringing smiles, hope, and companionship to medically challenged children across the country and around the world in the form of cuddly, plush Buddies. When children are faced with a health care challenge, they need a friend to bring along on their journey. Their Shadow Buddies can be there to help a child feel safe and secure during a frightening medical experience. These plush pals help a child understand that no matter what type of illness they may have, they are never alone. You can read more about this organization by clicking HERE.
Register to enjoy a morning of service with your Hive friends at the Shadow Buddies Foundation headquarters to tour their facility and help them assemble buddy accessory packages, assemble pink tutus for their Pink Party Program and do other light work like packaging…
